Will I always have the same cleaning team?

We always do our best to schedule the same cleaning crew for our customers. If one of our members becomes ill, goes on vacation, or there are any changes with our members, we will send another trained and background-checked member to do your cleaning. At Kiro's Cleaning, we train all our employees to provide the same consistent standards and values of professionalism and excellence.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We offer flexible payment options at Kiro's Cleaning Experts, including credit or debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, personal checks, and cash. You’ll receive an invoice after each service, and you can choose the payment method that works best for you.

Are your cleaning teams trained and background checked?

Yes, your security is our top priority. We do a background check when we’re in the process of hiring employees. After their background is verified and approved, our team members go through an intensive training process. Until they are fully trained, each new employee is always supervised by one of our lead cleaners to ensure your satisfaction.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Nokomis and Parrish Florida. If you are not in one of these areas, we occasionally will make exceptions and travel to other locations nearby. Call or email us for more information.

How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?

We understand that sometimes plans change. Canceling or rescheduling is easy. Just notify us 24 hours in advance by calling Kiros Cleaning at (941) 330-4101.

What are your rates for a house cleaning service?

Our cleaning rates vary depending on the type of cleaning, condition and size of the property and how often you would need our services. We would love to help you. Call us at (941) 330-4101 and make an appointment to receive a FREE in person estimate, tailored to your personal needs.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Some of our customers prefer to be home while we clean for them, and some prefer to leave their home. It’s up to you. Our main concern is that you are comfortable. Whatever you decide, it won’t interfere with our services.

Is Kiros Cleaning fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured. If you would like a copy of our certificate of insurance, we would be happy to send that to you.

What do I need to do before you come to my home?

We don’t want you to worry about anything. This is your time to relax. We will take care of the rest. Our cleaning crews are always ready. They will arrive with the proper equipment, supplies and the specific instructions to leave your home spotless.
