Hi, I’m Kimberly Zorrilla, Founder of Kiro’s Cleaning Experts.
My journey started in Venezuela, where I practiced law. That background shaped who I am today—it taught me discipline, strict attention to detail, and the true meaning of structural professionalism. When I moved to Sarasota in 2015, I brought those exact values with me, along with a deep faith and a desire to build something that genuinely serves this community.
What started as a small, hands-on local business has grown into a trusted residential and commercial facility support company with over 30 incredible team members serving Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Through all of our growth, our heart hasn’t changed. We are here to deliver dependable, premium service and to build real, honest, long-term relationships with the people and properties we protect.
At Kiro’s Cleaning Experts, we believe cleaning is about far more than appearance. A clean environment creates peace, comfort, organization, productivity, and a sense of care. Whether in a family home, professional office, medical facility, or commercial property.
My faith in Jesus Christ, along with the values of integrity, loyalty, gratitude, and excellence, are deeply woven into the way I lead both my life and this company. We believe in doing what is right, showing up consistently, communicating honestly, and treating every client and team member with respect and care.
One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been the opportunity not only to serve our clients, but also to create meaningful job opportunities for our team and positively impact the community we proudly call home.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, staying active through weightlifting, spending time with my family, exploring new restaurants, and continuing to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Thank you for considering Kiro’s Cleaning Experts. It is truly an honor to be trusted with the homes, businesses, and spaces that matter most to our clients, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
A Clean Space Brings Peace of Mind.
We believe that a clean environment goes way deeper than what you see on the surface. Whether it’s a luxury family home or a busy medical office, a truly clean space brings productivity, comfort, and safety.

Our entire company is rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ. To us, that means doing the right thing even when no one is looking. We approach every job with honesty, gratitude, and deep respect for your space and your time.
Pillar 2: Uplifting Our Incredible Team
One of the things we are most proud of is creating good, stable jobs for people in our local community. We treat our cleaners like family, because happy teams do the best work. Every professional we send to your property is fully vetted, background-checked, uniformed, and highly trained.
Pillar 3: Deep Local Roots
Sarasota and Manatee counties aren’t just our market—this is our home. When we aren’t working, our leadership team is spending time with family, supporting local businesses, and giving back to our community. We care about the success of this region because we live here rightalongside you.
