Hi, I’m Kimberly Zorrilla, the owner of Kiros Cleaning Service. Originally from Venezuela, I decided to start a cleaning company after moving to Sarasota in 2015. From an early age, I have always enjoyed cleaning and organizing. I am a giver at heart, and I love to share with friends and family the gift of having a clean and orderly space to live and work in. Knowing this about myself, It felt natural to open up my own cleaning company. I wanted to continue the tradition of serving people and helping them see their homes and offices in a new light. I also saw the need for a good, honest cleaning company that people could count on.

As a business owner, I believe strongly in what I do. A big part of what drives me is my personal and professional values. I don’t take it lightly that local customers trust Kiros Cleaning to make their homes beautiful. 

Every day, I strive to follow these values:

• Responsibility: I keep my commitments to our customers, and I train my staff to do the same. If we need to change an appointment, we give people as much notice as possible. Even though this rarely happens, it’s important to me to be a person of my word. I am in continual contact with our clients to make sure I am meeting all of their cleaning and organization needs.

• Respect: I know many people are busy and I respect that. I make sure our company arrives on time. It is a good feeling to know we are reliable when people are always counting on us.

• Honesty: Telling the truth is a big part of integrity. There are many times when a job takes less time than I expected. I am honest about this and won’t be there for 5 hours if it isn’t needed. My goal is to help the customer and to be a regular part of their life. I care about my customers, and I won’t take advantage of them.

• Faith: Right now, things are not easy for my family and friends in Venezuela. I am so thankful to be living in this country, and I am often overwhelmed by how blessed I am! My faith is a big part of my life, and it keeps me going. 

Some of my clients don’t want to ask me to help them, but I understand how it is. People are busy. Sometimes, they just don’t have time to do cleaning. We have accountants to help us with our taxes, and attorneys to help us with legal matters. Companies like Kiros Cleaning help people to get their lives back in order and feel good about their work and their homes. That way, they have more time to enjoy life.

Though I work hard in my business, I love relaxing and enjoy living in beautiful Sarasota. In my spare time, I enjoy Title boxing and trying out new ethnic food restaurants.

I am thankful everyday for the new people I meet who need my help, and for my regular customers. I love building relationships with all of my clients.
